At ECO EGO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unused and free from signs of wear or damage.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and components (where applicable).

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@attend.gr so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

For orders delivered within the European Union, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • The item must be unused.

  • It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

This statutory right is provided in addition to ECO EGO's commercial 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
